**DRIVING STRATEGY THROUGH FINANCIAL ANALYSIS**
Deepen your understanding of the firm, while learning how we operate, generate revenue and manage expenses when you join our global finance and business management team. You’ll support specific lines of business or our corporate function, working on projects that directly affect the firm’s bottom line alongside our top-tier professionals.
Because you’ll be analyzing results and providing insights to business leaders to help make decisions on how we do business, we welcome your diverse thoughts and perspectives from day one. You’ll combine sophisticated analysis methods, accurate reporting and financial discipline to ensure the firm is capable of navigating all types of market environments, while maintaining a fortress balance sheet.

While your responsibilities will vary based on the role, you will help identify, escalate and mitigate business risks, learning what it takes to be a trusted business advisor. You’ll optimize business performance by working on key initiatives, creating financial statements and controls, and working on regulatory issues.
You’ll help generate meaningful analysis and reporting, coordinate with partners across the firm to provide strategic advice, generate budgets and forecasts, and contribute to large-scale projects across businesses. **KEY SKILLS**
You should have a basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting and variance analysis. We’re looking for those with well-rounded academic backgrounds with a strong interest in financial management. Those who are analytical, curious leaders with a passion for critical thinking and working as part of a community to shape the future will thrive on the many opportunities available here.
You’ll spend 10 weeks working on critical initiatives for executives, supporting public filings and learning what it takes to close the books for the month or quarter. Since finance and business management is ingrained in each of our businesses, you’ll gain exposure across the firm.
**ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE**
You’ll spend the summer working with a team on various initiatives that drive key business results, such as: preparing external reporting to meet requirements, gathering internal and external data, financial budgeting or forecasting.
**TRAINING**
The program begins with a one-day orientation. You’ll then have access to various senior executives via our speaker events, mentors and training throughout the summer to increase your technical and soft skills.
**CAREER PROGRESSION**
After completing the program, many Analysts receive full-time employment offers.
