Core Responsibilities OVERVIEW OF POSITION
It is the responsibility of the Sales Assistant include, but are not limited to provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistant to all clients, support the staff in order to achieve and surpass goals, and to ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Performance Develop sales technique to insure maximum performanceIdentify and meet clients' needs Utilize all available sales tools to increase business and improve results Utilize suggestive selling techniques to maximize and accessorize a sale Close the sale and monitor all details alterations, shipping, delivery and special client requests Collaborate with all associates to achieve departmental and store goals
- QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years sales experience in a similar high end related fieldHigh School diploma / GED preferredExcellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a teamProficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as, CRM, WeChat, etc.
