On any given day you might catch our influencers trying clothes on in the middle of the store without shame. Swank A Posh is an internet sensation because we cater to our audience. About the Role We are seeking a full-time, in house Photoshoot Stylist who likes to work hard, is a team player, has excellent time-management skills and absolutely loves fashion! Stylist will partner with photographers to ensure each outfit is best represented online according to the style guidelines. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on their feet, direct hair and makeup, understand what silhouettes and accessorizing is appropriate, and suggest editorial concepts appropriate to the Swank A Posh brand. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for hitting daily KPI goals of 10-15 samples daily, while maintaining on trend and on brand styling. On set styling of a wide variety of products (junior, plus, accessories, footwear), ensuring that priority items are shot first.Maintain a close eye on the photo shoot camera to ensure all discrepancies are being caught and each look is fully captured to the highest garment aesthetic.Consistently utilize a comprehensive understanding of styling fundamentals.This includes a detail-oriented eye and ability to execute exceptional styling on-model (steaming, garment prep, etc.)Continuously implement merchandise standards across all styling initiatives from prep through sample hand offTroubleshoot styling challenges on-set using Swank A Posh’s standards/brand aesthetic as a guideMaintain a consistent dialogue with the Photographer, CEO and Sample Coordinators about workflow and expectationsMaintain a consistent shining personality with a positive attitude displaying constant adaptability to quickly changing prioritiesKeep studio space clean and organizedMaintain communicative relationship with buying/merchandising teamGather and present fresh styling ideas and inspiration to teamReview Stylist Closet daily and request change-over/additions when necessaryOutfit effective, creative, and alluring looks for the Swank A Posh brandAny other duties assigned by managementRequired SkillsMinimum 2+ retail experience Knowledge of on trend Styling with a keen eye for detailOnline portfolio that demonstrates expertise in styling on-model, still-life, product, lifestyle and editorial photographyExperience styling models on set in the fashion industry is a mustExperience working with e-commerce product styling is a mustAbility to organize, prioritize, and reorder workload in a dynamic environmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible thinker with the ability to make sound independent decisionsAbility to work with direct supervision, check ego at the door, and work well with others at all levels in the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentCompany Description Women's clothing and accessory e-commerce retailerCOVID-19 precautions:Remote interview processPersonal protective equipment provided or requiredTemperature screeningsSocial distancing guidelines in placeVirtual meetingsSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
