Job Title: Sales Account Executive (SMB)

We are currently seeking a Sales Account Executive (SMB) for a hyper growth startup, ServiceUp.

Leading The Future In Car Repairs And Mobility

ServiceUp is disrupting the outdated car repair industry. Car owners and fleet managers leverage our app to schedule any service for their vehicle(s), which includes having a ServiceUp driver pickup and drop-off the car to a trusted, local shop in our network. Our repairs are managed and overseen by a professional ServiceUp service advocate. Car repair is now as easy as ordering a pizza.

ServiceUp utilizes a proprietary platform to monitor shop and customer engagements.

We will lead in this new era of car repairs by returning to the fundamentals of great service & interface design every action we take is in service of the vehicle own and auto shop owner.

What You'll Do

You will be reporting directly to the C.R.O. We re looking for an exceptional sales executive with a track record of exceeding quota in previously untouched territories or markets. You have worked at ADP, Groupon, Toast, or a like organization selling modern technology solutions to SMBs. You have a passion for cars, or overhauling the outdated automotive industry. In this role, you will be on a field sales team in a designated region and expected to have heavy in person contact with your prospects. Your goal is to acquire small to medium sized businesses that own and/or manage 3 or more vehicles in their fleet onto the ServiceUp Platform.

In This Role You Will

Drive the Business
  • You will drive fast paced growth through client acquisition, while also building long-term client loyalty and success
  • Build a referral network out of your client base
  • Grow the number of small/medium businesses using the ServiceUp platform, and meet monthly revenue and account acquisition goals with customer needs at the forefront
  • Maintain a direct relationship with partner accounts for 90 days after client acquisition
  • Accurately forecast pipelines and define and develop scalable sales processes and procedures
  • Document the keys to your success - to be added to a playbook for your future teammates
  • Communicate for Impact
  • Have a skillset to write clearly to business owners and C level executives at SMB organizations
  • Have an understanding of legal contract language for the enterprise
What We re Looking For
  • 2+ years overall experience with 1+ years in sales teams. Ready for the next step in your career.
  • Experience selling new concepts or technology to small/medium sized businesses
  • Experience opening new markets as an AE or SDR/OBR for a rapid growth organization
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets in a predictable way
  • Excellent at using data to decide which verticals and business units to pursue
  • Significant experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM with the ability to forecast accurately and move pipeline digitally
  • 25% travel to second territory required, at least 60% of your time spent in the field finding and closing prospects
