+ 5+ years’ experience as a team supervisor.
+ Experience overseeing vendors including the business/administration.

+ Ability to confidently and directly employ technology into daily duties.
+ Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with software for calendar/scheduling, spreadsheets and word processing.
+ Ability to work in dynamic environment, while maintaining composure and integrity
+ Ability to multi-task and coordinate with, or to direct others, including couriers and outside vendors.
+ Experience with some level of personnel management as this role will interact with team members where there is a higher level of tactical approval.
+ Familiarity with innovating processes and coordinating with personnel who carry them out.
+ Solid written and verbal communication skills, including timely and clear reporting, as well as an ability to maintain standard operating procedures.
+ Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
**Description**
Work directly with Facilities Operation Manager to achieve department goals, while building and fostering a culture of teamwork. Maintain discretion around business and special projects for our end users, schedule and manage Janitorial and Maintenance, including specialized areas like Wellness, Fitness and Food Services. Partnering with business unit stakeholders to provide best-in-class maintenance, while exceeding regulatory requirements. Analyze roadmap requirements to assign resources, communicate status, and raise concerns. Manage access requirements including Security requests and vendor badges for on-site staff and their partners, work with each business unit and lab owners to ensure their cleaning requirements are met, manage corrective and preventative maintenance CMMS program (Tririga), including review/validation of vendor invoices. Partner with Facilities Building Managers for coordination of services and space requirements. Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and co-workers. Maintain excellent relationship with internal customers, senior management and vendors. Develop benchmarking standards, and key metrics and update periodically.
**Education & Experience**
BS/BA preferred. Some college or equivalent work experience required.
