Job Overview
The SAP Support Desk Analyst will perform a variety of SAP-related business system production support activities with a concentration in the Logistics and Warehouse Management process. This individual will act as the liaison between business and technical resources.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage resolution of SAP support issues through ticket management.
Mange knowledgebase entries for issue resolution
Generate business process instructions for new programs and program changes.
Conduct small user training sessions for new programs and program changes.
SAP Modules utilized:
ERP
Purchasing
Warehouse Management System
FICO would be a plus
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an SAP support role.
Understanding of SAP logistics processes.
Experience working successfully in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Must be proficient with Microsoft products.
Ability to multitask and prioritize project needs.
Functions as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Ability to participate in cross-functional project teams to assist in the successful implementation of projects.
Flexibility for shared rotation of off hours support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
