About the Position:
We are seeking an HR Generalist to be responsible for a variety of functions within the Human Resources Department which supports Pureflow's mission, business goals, and operations through our Company's most valuable resource our employees.

- Ensure PFI compliance with legal requirements in all HR areas for which you are responsible
- Build positive rapport and relationships with your team by learning their character, strengths, and weaknesses; find ways your skills can complement and contribute to the team's success
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process background checks and skills tests for new hires
- Process on-boarding of new employees; track all I-9 forms and perform E-Verify
- Manage administration of insurance, 401K, and other employee benefit programs
- Maintain employee records, files, and databases
- Process time and attendance tracking and related reports, including but not limited to time entry for hours worked, PTO, and personal leave hours
- Process off-boarding for exiting employees
- Process and track FMLA
- Coordinate wellness initiatives, event planning, and benevolence projects
- Perform other HR projects, as requested
Note: While the primary focus of the HR team is Pureflow, Inc., we also provide HR support for the affiliate companies, D&N Excavating, LLC and Johnson Classic Motor Cars, LLC.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources; knowledge of the HR compliance and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptionally detail-oriented
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Sensitivity to confidential matters is required ; exercises discernment and appropriate confidentiality
- BS/BA in related field and PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP certification a plus
