Red Cap Transport (1725 Miller Road Dearborn, MI 48120) has a position for an accounts payable and clerk duties.

Essential Functions
- Process and enter accounts payable information into company computer system. Transactions include purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
- Follow company guidelines in preparing payment of vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate and complete billing records with appropriate backup documentation.
- Update company accounting system.
- Answer inquiries, provide additional back up or documentation as requested.
- Uses problem solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with basic bookkeeping skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with data entry, filing, copying, scanning and email
