Position Summary
We have an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer at our Holland, MI location. Our Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. They also recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls, and coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products. Priorities include process improvement, problem resolution, project management and employee training.
Requirements
B.S degree from a 4-year college or university in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) or equivalent experience and demonstrated knowledge of:

- Automated assembly experience
- Cell layout experience
- MS Office experience
- BIW product understanding & experience
- Sheet metal fabrication and assembly experience
- Auto Cad
- Plexus (preferred)
- Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
