The Account Manager is directly responsible for the management of one or more Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) contracts in regard to communication, scheduling appointments, medical records, provider/claims management, and building a strong relationship with the client.


Direct the coordination and scheduling of patient medical referrals on-site clinics and emergency off-site occurrences.
Maintain efficient daily communication with staff, partners and providers.
Oversee and maintain all electronic health record scheduling functions including referrals, appointments, patient information history, and completion status.
Communicate with and maintain positive relations with partner hospitals and specialty physician providers.
Communicate with Network Development department regarding provider needs.


Education

  • College degree or related experience.

Experience

  • Five (5) years professional experience preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.

Licenses/Certifications

  • None Required
