Vice President of Operations - Property Services Division


The Vice President of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of the Evernest's Property Services Division, including managing property services maintenance personnel, operational work flows, types and uses of technology, as well as vendor relationships. Has substantial input into the strategic vision of the division including service delivery efficiencies and contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.


Job Responsibilities


  • Manages daily operations activities and ensures employees adhere to process, consistency and quality standards
  • Implements structure and process orientation that ensures delivery of services by automating, centralizing, and streamlining processes and procedures
  • Meets regularly with senior leadership to provide input on department growth, operational efficiencies, and strategic vision
  • Fosters strong relationships internally among departments and vendors
  • Maintains a continuous improvement mindset
  • Personnel Development / Talent Management
  • Recruits, trains, develops and manages division personnel
  • Motivates and encourages team environment by continuously driving Evernest's strategic vision, focus and core values
  • Coaches and mentors staff to align their interests with organizational goals

Education


  • 4-year college degree required
  • Master s Degree preferred


Experience


  • 5 or more years of broad financial services background or general operations experience
  • Minimum of 3 years managing staff in a supervisory role
