Vice President of Operations - Property Services Division
- Manages daily operations activities and ensures employees adhere to process, consistency and quality standards
- Implements structure and process orientation that ensures delivery of services by automating, centralizing, and streamlining processes and procedures
- Meets regularly with senior leadership to provide input on department growth, operational efficiencies, and strategic vision
- Fosters strong relationships internally among departments and vendors
