Confidential Secretary to Chief of Police / Office Manager
Falls Township is seeking a Confidential Secretary to the Chief of Police / Office Manager. This is a full-time position. Hours will be 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Position requires clerical experience in a business office environment and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Mathematical competency, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are a must. Experience with CODY records management software and Tyler Technologies Incode 10 software is a plus. Duties will include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, preparing complex clerical and statistical reports from department data, supervising records department data entry and clerical personnel, managing police records system, managing social media platforms and press releases, liaison with other departments of the municipality, maintenance of training files, payroll and other necessary records, mail disbursement, independent composition of letters and memos, filing and other tasks as assigned by the Chief of Police.
