Job Description


  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy to match hiring needs and timeline associated; explore new and effective resourcing models and combination of contractor and full-time employees to deliver needs of business. 
  • Coach, resource, and lead a team of full-time employees and contractors responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent at all levels. 
  • Develop and build a team in alignment with the company hiring strategy & open to flex as demand changes over time. 
  • Manage across the Americas and Regional matrix to deliver against local hiring needs.
  • Evaluate and implement employer branding and sourcing tools, systems and programming opportunities
  • Raise awareness of latest functional developments and contribute towards strategy and policy development to ensure delivery for the business. 
  • Bring expertise and 'outside-in' thinking from tech and skilled industry recruitment, with heightened awareness of competition, policies, strategy in tech and skilled recruitment. 


  • 7 years of related experience, including hands-on responsibility for leading a talent acquisition function and managing a team in a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's preferred.
