The New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) is an NJIT corporation that works directly with industry and government organizations in Healthcare, Defense, Professional & Corporate Education, HR, IT and other areas. We help our partners overcome challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
We are excited to launch our NJII Internship Program and are now accepting applications for our June - August 2022 program. This is a paid internship program.
We are offering internships in the following areas:
Taking part in an NJII internship will help set you on your career path as you'll be able to put into practice theories and concepts learned in the classroom. Interns will be assigned to a division/department based on their academic interests and professional goals, previous internships and will work under the supervision of a designated team member. Interns will also be invited to attend business information sessions, and professional development workshops led by staff; and will be assigned a project to present during the final week of the internship.
Requirements
Candidate Profile-
NJII will continue to monitor New Jersey State & CDC guidelines in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The safety of our employees and interns a top priority. Currently, we are looking forward to welcoming our Summer Intern group onsite 2-3 days per week. We will notify candidates of any ongoing changes and program expectations.

Requirements
- To be eligible for an Internship, you should be an actively enrolled undergrad or graduate student who will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship.
- You must have a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.0
- You must be able to commit to the entirety of the program (June -August 2022), at least 24+ hrs per week
- You must be authorized to work in the US
