Store Manager Food Service
Our client in North Myrtle Beach, SC has an immediate opening for a Store Manager Food Service on a direct hire basis.

Store Manager Food Service Role:
The Store Manager Food Service oversees the operation and execution of all areas of sales and production in the Food Service departments including deli, bakery, and kitchen.
Perform management duties including hiring, training, directing work, scheduling, and problem resolution.
Display exemplary customer service, acts as a role model for employees, and enforces customer service standards.
Assist in the management of operating costs, sales performance, financial results, public relations, equipment, property, wages, and labor.
Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment.
Knowledge of total retail grocery store operations specializing in food service, cuisine, and culinary arts and science.
Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
Responsible for multiple departments to include merchandising, product mix, product quality and freshness.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Proven ability to develop teams.
Ability to work 5-6 days per week (based on seasonal business) averaging 50 hours with variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Store Manager Food Service Background Profile:
Associates Degree in related field and three or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local food health and safety regulations.
Food Handler Certification required.
Certified Food Protection Manager required.
