  • (sm)In this Client Readiness role, you'll lead strategic, complex, customer facing initiatives among the respective business operating groups and team driving performance and goal execution.
  • The three primary capabilities of the Client Readiness leader are: Strategic Implementations; Client Remediation and Client success for 1/1 Readiness.

  • Primary Responsibilities:Be a collaborative leader with a readiness mindset.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans; implement program and project risk, issue management plans and strategiesMonitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Managed the project scope and objectivesIdentify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives.
  • Obtain agreement from all applicable stakeholders on schedule, time management and resource plans, and negotiate changes/adjust project plans as needed.

  • Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
