Do you have what it takes to be our next Optical Sales Associate? If so, we want to hear from you!
The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Optical Sales Associates to join our team. We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.
Our ideal candidate would have experience with:
Previous optical or office experience a plus
Customer service & retail experience an asset
Point of Sale systems, computers, technology
Sales experience a plus
Duties and responsibilities would include:
Attracting and bringing new clientele to the office
Product upselling
Greet all customers with a warm welcome
Show urgency to providing service to customers & satisfying their needs
Listens to the needs & priorities of the customer and provide the perfect product solutions
Attention to detail and asks customers appropriate questions for clarity and consults with the Optician as needed
Demonstrate superior product knowledge
Custom fit glasses an accurately place prescription lenses
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times and request referrals

Warm and inviting personality
Self Motivated and a go-getter!
Outstanding customer service skills
Patient and courteous
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to think on their feet
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Has a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive for results
