We are seeking a Data Analyst to provide real time visibility of Project and Program KPIs, also to investigate problems and low performance with the goal of finding corrective action. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be an outstanding problem solver, and be team- oriented. Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Must work well with others. Interaction including but not limited to peers, all levels of management, project coordinators, customers, vendors, etc. will take place daily.
Maintaining data collection and population of daily, monthly, or annual reporting as required.
Creating forecast models for revenue and schedules.
Creating and maintaining project schedules and standardized reporting.
Identifying and investigating underperforming jobs.
Providing data or input to assist with automation needs.
Provide feedback from daily data review to management.
Perform other related duties or special requests as assigned by direct manager or Director.
Qualifications we are looking for
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a business setting or related field.
2-to-4-year degree in Business administration, Business Management, Mathematics, Database Administration, or related field is required.
Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbally.
Ability to mine data and present it in a way that is easily understood by others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good sense of intellectual curiosity and investigatory skills will be needed to research abstract problems provide visibility and propose solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
Effectively work independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated.
Must be able to sit, use a computer, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time.
Shift is full-time, 40 hours per week minimum, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm CST or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Must be flexible, and willing to work outside normal business hours, as necessary.
Pre-employment screenings, including reliable Internet connection test, background check, and drug test required.
POST-COVID-19, this position may require your physical in-office presence.
This position may be remote/work-from-home, and can be performed anywhere in the U.S., except California, Colorado, Washington State, and New York City Metro Areas.
