CULINARY TRACK
The Culinary Track at Farrelli's/McNamara's is designed to give hands on experience working at all levels in a professional kitchen, from Dishwasher to Lead Cook. Our team members take pride in their work and the food they put out of our kitchens. We invest in growing our team members and regularly offer promotion opportunities. Our goal is to train team members to be able to work at every station. Those who show the desire and drive to grow will also be learning and mastering business systems and leadership skills.
All Team Members are expected to possess the following:
- Professional Image: In a clean uniform looking sharp—showered, clean, tidy appearance.
- Good Communication Skills: Able to listen to others for understanding and effectively communicate.
- Team Player: Understands current role; asks for help when needed; offers help when able; encourages others; never leaves crew hanging.
- Good Attitude: Positive and enjoyable to work with; accepts feedback and coaching.
- Conduct: On time, adheres to all standards, and expectations.
Able to lift 25-50 lbs. off the floor and to chest height numerous times per shift.
Able work 5-8 hours in a shift.
Able work with your hands to assemble food.
Able to work in warm, humid environments.
