Essential Functions:
- Generates and/or updates basic graphic design mockups and layouts for new or existing print projects, including but not limited to: brochures, ads, catalogs, flyers, case stuffers, prescription (Rx) books, postcards, posters, and magazine articles.
- Conceptualizes and generates logos and other artistic elements for wide range of company brands, entities, and customer audiences.
- Generates and/or updates graphic design content for digital marketing channels, including but not limited to websites, emails, landing pages, banner ads, social media, and presentations. Ensures aesthetics are aligned with usability of various mediums.
- Applies or delivers physical art including but not limited to vinyl, posters, signage, product packaging, and gifts for distribution and/or special events.
- Produces and delivers creative content within determined deadlines.
- Proofs and revises various beginner-level projects prior to printing.
- Color-corrects, masks, and enhances or optimizes photographic or artistic images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Learns and abides by file structure and organization on the appropriate servers.
- Links comma separated value (CSV) files to Adobe InDesign documents.
- Attends department and company meetings as requested in order to keep abreast of team, department, and company priorities.
- Adheres to day-to-day project tracking of assigned work items.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience.
Communication Skills:
- Must possess proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with a desire to create positive experiences.
- Demonstrated effective presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to create and compose written materials with proper English grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with employees, management, and team members.
- Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional and non-threatening manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural business environment.
