Summer intern

The summer intern will be assigned various projects to support the Quality document control and training team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Assist with updating employee training records on a routine basis as new and revised procedures get approved


• Fling and scanning documents into the controlled locations (physical and electronic).


• Organize and structure the supplier files


• QC inspection activities (i.e., inspection management of incoming products)


• Assist with Quality Assurance activities as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

• Applicants must be either enrolled in a U.S. Accredited University for the semester before and immediately following the internship.


• Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have completed at least their freshman year or be a graduate level student pursuing a Master's degree



• Proficiency with Microsoft applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional software applications, as the need arises.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Strong written and oral communication skills required


• Good interpersonal skills required


• Adherence to domestic and international GMP regulations, cGMP's, and company policies.


• Must be deadline driven and have a high level of organizational and planning skills


• Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills; he or she also possesses the ability to work well in teams, effectively manage multiple projects, and present ideas clearly and concisely
