Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible managing capital budget, T&E budget, fixed asset inventory, and performing various analysis for senior management. In completion of these processes this position interacts with departments outside the Finance organization.
  • Assist Finance and Controlling department with SAP implementation projects and perform various Financial Analysis.
  • Conduct periodic fixed assets inventory at different locations and report finding to Accounting department.
  • Perform or liaison sales, internal and mitigating control in a timely manner. Create an action plan for each deficiency.
  • Keep a track of capital budget- obtain appropriate approvals and communicate budget periodically with appropriate departments.
  • Keep a track of company T&E budget. Report detail reports to each department head on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and report various monthly Coop and Rebate analysis.


Qualifications
  • Undergradute in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in understanding theories, concepts and principles of managing Capital budget and Fixed assets inventory
  • Basic understanding and utilization experience with SAP
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
