Reports to Senior Vice President of People + Culture
The Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition will plan and guide development and implementation of recruitment strategy and initiatives across all properties. This role is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and placement of candidates along with directing the selection, training, and development of hiring managers and talent teams. This person works in coordination with the Senior Vice President of People + Culture.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic approach for recruiting and work with hiring managers to define talent needs and qualifications.
Lead and support talent team in hiring procedures and interview techniques.
Advise on action plans to help increase and maintain recruitment and retention efforts.
Ensure services and policies are in compliance with company, professional standards and state and federal laws and regulations.
