Position Title: Digital Marketing Associate Manager, Food Business Unit



Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing                                                                                                                          



Location: Hoboken, NJ or Atlanta, GA



As a Digital Marketing Associate Manager, you will be contributing to digital activation from concept to execution for a key Brand/Business Unit. This is a unique opportunity to understand and develop the digital landscape across eCommerce channels and marketing tactics. You will be responsible for implementing strategy behind campaigns spanning search marketing (Google/Bing, Amazon, Retail), CRM, affiliate marketing, SEO and paid social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube & more). You will translate brand priorities and initiatives into targeting and content online.





Job Duties:




  • Collaborate in the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development in accordance with overall brand and ecommerce growth plans. Involves:


    • Paid Search

    • Paid Social

    • Amazon Advertising (Search, DSP, etc.)

    • Retail.com Media Networks (Roundel, WMG, etc.) and Criteo Paid Search

    • CRM/Email

    • SEO

    • Affiliate Marketing



  • Partner with digital marketing professionals to execute, optimize campaigns and achieve clear objectives

  • Drive and meet campaign objectives of new consumer acquisition, revenue, ROAS and engagement

  • Support agency relationships including briefing process, media planning and negotiations

  • Support strong working relationships with primary media partners including Amazon, Google, Facebook

  • Understand attribution across different channels and sales lift to optimize the media mix

  • Partner with Digital Experience teams to optimize marketing technologies, content, and community engagement to scale performance

  • Develop understanding of eCommerce channels and emerging trends



The Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven success in contributing to a team to develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points.  The candidate must be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution. The candidate must be comfortable working in a matrix, be able to operate independently given direction, and confront adversity constructively. 



Key Qualifications:




  • BS/BA degree in Business or similar field, MBA a plus

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce work experience

  • Experience executing components of a large media budget to drive demand creation process and campaigns

  • Proven success in contributing to a team to develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points, including at point-of-purchase

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and category strategies

  • Ability to operate independently and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised

  • Interpersonally savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies

  • Interest in working with Digital Marketing agencies and vendors

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar) and with common marketing technologies

  • Familiarity with Amazon Advertising a plus
