What you will do -The Fulfillment Manager will partner with sales teams, hiring managers and account managers to determine hiring requirements, job descriptions and hiring strategies. Working closely with both the hiring and recruiting teams, you will identify, prep and successfully deliver the best, available, diverse talent, positioning our candidates for success on interesting and meaningful assignments. Our branches support a variety of businesses from the Fortune 500 to start ups. The Charlotte branch is an environment focused on high volume VMS/MSP (Fieldglass, Pontoon, Beeline) to retail accounts supporting both consulting and perm business.

What will you bring
The successful candidates will possess a background with:
- Prior IT Staffing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills able to liaise between account managers, clients, and recruiters
- Experience working with VMS/MSP accounts (Beeline, Pontoon, Fieldglass) managing submittals, interviews, work orders, etc)
- Experience working in a metrics driven environment
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Primary point of contact for assigned client roles.
- Able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner
- Mentor and motivate recruiters
- Experience with Job Diva is a plus
