Our client is looking for a labor and employee relations generalist to join their team. This role will be working through a project(s) cross-functionally with a team while simultaneously reporting, tracking, and analyzing data .

Opportunity : Contract-Hire
Hours : Monday-Friday 8-5pm EST
Location : REMOTE
Compensation : $32 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Collect and compile metrics and data from a variety of sources including multiple web-based products such as PeopleSoft and Kronos
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to Labor & Employee Relations
- Interpret Ad hoc data pulls and deep dives using Kronos, SuccessFactors, and other employee data
- Manage HR Site Assessment tracking and communication
- Conduct Roundtable Execution tracking and reporting
- Oversee Hourly Survey Action Plan Audits and reporting
- Provide monthly pulse survey data to senior leaders
- Run SharePoint Administration and updates
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience
- Experience managing small projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency
- Detail oriented, process driven and deadline oriented
- Demonstrated problem solving and follow-through skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
