Based in the beautiful city of Brentwood, MO, we are an international technology-driven SaaS company building enterprise web applications! Our company was founded in the mid-2000s in Ottowa, CA. We are expected to grow our company from 60 employees to 120 employees by the end of 2021. How are we going to accomplish this? By hiring the best developers in the greater St. Louis area who want to be a part of our company at an early stage! We are offering brand new development, a kick-ass work culture (excuse my French), and a relaxed work-life balance. You will be part of our foundational team of developers and will eventually manage your own team! We've got some VERY BIG plans and want you to be part of it!

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, product documentation, tutorials, release notes, and design specifications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation for both existing and additive functionality
- Experience writing software documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Superior English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience design, help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical content
- Experience working in an agile environment alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, and Developers
- Experience interpreting functional requirements and translating them into product and feature documentation
