Customer Service Executive/ Inside Sales

Job Description

Provide sales support to the outside sales teams and management as they aim to win new contracts and develop relationships with customers

Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, dealing professionally, empathetically and efficiently with incoming US orders, queries and complaints
• Use customer contact, as appropriate, to learn more about the customer’s business and better understand needs and requirements; and to introduce new product initiative
• Act as first point of contact for customers
• Communicate and coordinate with the customer, 3rd parties, and internal departments in order to deliver contracts successfully
• Maintain core systems (Navision and CRM) to ensure records are in order and up to date
• Processing of orders in a timely manner, handling any special instructions as appropriate
• Support the field sales team in providing quotes and documentation as required
• Achieve a thorough understanding of all Brigade products and services as well as keeping up to date on market developments
• After contract roll-out, support sales by maintaining ongoing customer relationships with customers to enable future up/cross sales
• Attend trade shows as required

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution is preferred

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3 years previous inside sales experience
• Experience with fleet sales, truck parts/components with established customer base is preferred
• Experience meeting financial targets and achieving sales growth
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to demonstrate strong coordination skills
• Attention to detail is an absolute must
• Valid Driver’s License
