Customer Support Specialist (On-site)

Aston Carter is currently hiring ONSITE customer service representatives/inside sales representatives supporting a reputable HVAC company in Richmond, VA paying $16/hour! Location: ONSITE in Richmond, VA

Pay: $16/hour (full time opportunity with weekly pay!)

Hours of operation: 8AM-10PM, 7 days per week - must be comfortable working any 5 days with a 9 hour shift between those times!

Job description:

As a customer service representative/inside sales representative, your primary responsibilities will include handling roughly 60-100 inbound calls from current customers regarding general questions, concerns, product information, etc.

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling inbound calls, average of 60-100 per day with a 5-min call average
• Provide quotes for new services, as well as upselling other services/offerings
• Assisting customers looking do basic home improvements, scheduling appointments, as well as assisting with general questions
• Assisting customers to resolve a variety of different utility issues
