The Opportunity:

Project Management/Follow Up/Task Organization:

• Works collaboratively with revenue cycle leadership and the Epic Services to establish Epic Services priorities.
• Tracks status of projects and follows up when tasks are not completed
• Escalates concerns to leadership. Monitors key performance indicators and tracks return on investment

System Build and Support:

• Obtains Epic certification and keeps up with continuing education requirements
• Takes initiative to understand Epic functionality and how operations can leverage Epic to drive performance

Education:

• Supports revenue cycle leadership and client in understanding the Ensemble Epic enhancement process
• Education to new leaders to communicate enhancement process along with other duties as assigned

New Business Support:

• Assisting with onboarding new Epic clients to the standard enhancement governance process

Communication and Documentation:

• Produces high-quality materials for internal and external use.
• Uses Microsoft and Ensemble tools to develop and update status reports regularly.
• Assists in development of status reports of projects and ensures agreed upon timelines are met.
