About SYNOVA

Sales Manager.
Job Description
The number one goal for this position is to add customers.
- Set clear priorities and goals for adding customers.
- Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans to target and close leads.
- Build customer relationships and provide the highest level of service possible to our customer base.
- Lead outside SYNOVA sales representatives and their sales initiatives.
- Travel to meet with potential and existing customers and sales reps, attend regional shows, etc.
- Maintain product knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.
- Help identify competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to contribute to sales strategies, campaigns, and sales forecasts.
- Protect SYNOVA’s value by keeping information confidential.
As we are a growing small business, roles and responsibilities may extend beyond those of a traditional
National Sales Manager. We all “jump in” and help whenever necessary.
Skills Needed
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for connecting with customers, potential customers, and the sales team.
- Experience: Sales experience is required. A successful National Sales Manager should have an extensive understanding of effective sales processes and functions. Sales experience in our industry is ideal.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge about the horticulture and lawn and garden industry is preferred.
- Creativity: The ability to create innovative sales ideas will help our company grow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
