Description

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, experience with supporting a C-level executive, and a willingness to take on new challenges on a daily basis.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Performing minor accounting duties.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Research, analyze and summarize various topics upon request

Special projects for the executive team and other stakeholders. For example, depending on skill set you may:

  • Assist with tracking/follow up for technology requests and troubleshooting.
  • Help our in-house attorney with legal paperwork including applications, certifications, LLC renewals.
  • Assist with general office organization.

Requirements

  • Is extremely professional with a great attitude
  • Has experienced in cash management or bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and able to maintain detailed files
  • Flexible, and enjoys taking on different tasks of all types
  • Software: Excel, Word, Outlook.
