Responsibilities:
+ Monitor inbound purchase orders and communicate to the various divisions and vendors to committed customer demands
+ Track availability of items that our customers show interest in from the various presentations
+ Compile weekly item exception reports to identify correct inventory levels
+ Ability to manage customer retails in the Wakefern systems as needed
+ Create Manual purchase orders for items and input orders into the Wakefern system along with coordinating deliveries with the vendor and customer
+ Work closely with suppliers and internal category leads for maintaining inventory and purchasing
+ Maintain documentation of their in-house CRM for tracking purchases and delivery times. Managing vendor communication contracts and setting up vendors purchase orders
+ Print out inventory and price listed and confirm changes are accurate
+ Communication liaison between staff, customers and company divisions
Necessary Skills and Strengths:
Data Entry | Microsoft Excel | Vendor Communication | Analytics
Core Experience:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power Point
Bachelor's Degree completed
Detail oriented multi-tasker with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
8 - 4:30pm Monday - Friday *Hybrid Schedule after training period*
6 month contract to hire *Company wants to retain a permanent employee*
