Summary: Summer intern needed for various departments across HACP to train and give experience to an interested student.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office filing
  • Research and analyze law sources to prepare drafts of briefs or arguments for review, approval, and use by attorney (legal intern)
  • Assemble exhibits for trial (legal intern)
  • Input, store, catalog, and maintain records in HACP database
  • Interact with site management and residents
  • Maintain and organize files and records in paper and electronic format
  • Retrieval of records for department (employee for HR/Finance, legal records, or resident records)
  • Interact with other departments to facilitate the work of the department
  • Assist employees within department
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and/or Experience

High school diploma and / or enrollment in university required based upon internship assignment.

Technical Skills

Possesses knowledge of computer software (MS Word, Excel, Google Drive) and how to operate computers and office machinery such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
