Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary:

Supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, HRIS management and Integration's support. Implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes that make up the employment life cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations.

Travel Required: Intermittent
Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Support Integrations in reporting and gathering data with addition of all new practice partnerships.
• Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• May conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that jobs are properly classified as exempt or nonexempt.
• Guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
•Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

•Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

•Complex Problem Solving- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

•Performs other HR duties as assigned.

•Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
•Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the HRIS system

Education and Experience:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
•At least 3 years of human resource experience preferred.
•HR Certification a plus.

Physical Requirements:

•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
