Apple s Retail Commercial Marketing team is seeking a WW Digital Customer Lifecycle Strategist to support the strategy development and execution of marketing campaigns for product programs within Apple Retail - across apple.com, in the Apple Store app, and in over 500 stores globally. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in designing customer comms and engagement strategies across digital and physical channels. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the customer engagement journey across moments with Apple Retail where all of Apple comes together. You will obsess over the customer journey and actively use complex data sets, cross-functional takeaways and customer preferences to drive your decisions.
Key Qualifications
- Experience building and designing a customer lifecycle strategy across a matrix organizational structure for a multi-national e-commerce company.
- Experience identifying and advocating lifecycle strategy and programs that deliver a combination of automated, personalized, in-app/on-site and/or outbound communications at scale.
- Experience planning and measuring customer lifetime value including forecasting program performance across key critical metrics.
- Retail (online and stores), carriers, or product launch experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a global organization on multi-market, multi-language projects preferred
- Experience leading, running and measuring large-scale engagement and marketing initiatives
- Strong program and project manager skills
- Able to engage, influence and balance needs of multiple partners at varying levels
- Able to hone in on business challenges, use insights, debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
- Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
- Strong passion for leveraging complex data sets and predictive analytics to design meaningful experiences.
- Team-player, strong collaborator
- Able to work independently and with ambiguity innovating down to the details to develop a new idea
- Consistently achieving results and persisting in the face of challenges
Description
As a Lifecycle Strategist, you will use consumer insights, critical thinking skills, business objectives and creativity to design an engaging Retail customer journey while delivering on business goals. You will have a test and learn mentality continually refining the customer journey through market tests, pilot programs, and more. You will have comfort innovating down to the details, will have a can-do attitude, and will be a champion of ideas as your role will require energy towards not only optimizing the customer experience but defining areas of opportunity. As such, your project management, collaboration, and presentation skills must be strong as you ll need to drive buy-in and motivate without direct influence to trail-blaze.
Education & Experience
Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience MBA preferred but not required
Additional Requirements
- Consulting in digital, e-commerce, marketing experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,000 and $209,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
