The Human Resources internship is the foundation you need to jump start your career. You will be immersed in exciting opportunities that will empower you to make decisions and develop your skills as a Human Resources professional.

Over the course of our 10-12 week internship experience you will have the opportunity to :

Some of these position allow telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Some of these positions may require the ability to obtain a Security Clearance for which the Government requires Citizenship.

This positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill / Experience) :

• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2023


• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources field via education (obtained or currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development) or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

• Currently majoring in one of following : Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development


• Strong academic performance (GPA of or above)


• Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and / or in student or civic organizations


• Exceptional communication skills and interest / enthusiasm related to Human Resources
