We are looking for aSenior Digital & Web Designer who can deliver effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, interactive content, and compelling digital graphics for a wide range of growing B2B companies.
Position Overview
In this role, you will operate as the Senior Digital & Web Designer working closely with our Inbound Marketing team. You will be responsible for creative strategy and design for websites, interactive content, product graphics, email promotional creative, banner ads, social media graphics, and performance graphics for our clients and the agency.
In this role, you will:
- Produce the design of and facilitate the production of high-quality and user-friendly websites built on the HubSpot or WordPress CMS.
- Work with Marketing Consultants to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling and immersive campaigns that produce results.
- Produce supporting graphics, landing pages, CTAs, eBooks, social media graphics, email campaigns, digital templates within the HubSpot platform.
- Assist in launching websites.
- Work with developers to ensure that aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, web standards, and the integrity of the creative vision.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touchpoints.
- Adhere to production schedules and work under tight deadlines.
- Produce traditional marketing assets (ex: logos, sales, and marketing collateral, etc.)
- Provide design support to other needed client assets (ex: brand and promotional graphics, logos, identity design, sales and marketing presentations, collateral, and print)
- Research new trends in design and development and keep the agency up-to-date and fresh.
Requirements:
A link to your web/digital design work is required to be considered for this position.
- BA/BS Degree.
- 3-5 years experience in web & digital design.
- Strong portfolio of web & digital design work.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills (other Creative Suite programs a plus).
- Proven ability to work within different industries, brands, and visions at any given time.
- Be able to present concepts and accept constructive feedback from clients on your designs.
- Be able to communicate design decisions and accept constructive feedback from clients on your choices.
- Ability to work with developers to ensure that aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
- Experience with Inbound Marketing, HubSpot other online marketing strategies is a plus.
- Be open to learning new platforms.
- A willingness to learn, help out and go the extra mile.
