Title: Call Center Agent
Shift: Training Mon-Fri 8-5
Following training > must be flexible with any shift, preferred shift is not guaranteed
Sunday - Thursday 8-5 or 3-12
Tuesday - Saturday 8-5 or 3-12
Location: Fully Remote
Placement: Contract to hire, 6 months
Client is wanting all contractors to go permanent with the company as long as performance and attendance metrics are met!
Expected Start Date: April 10th
Description: Become a "text expert" via company systems to communicate directly with casual mobile consumers providing knowledgeable, professional customer support driving casual consumers to the best product option for their needs
- Help promote sales while establishing quick repour and answering customers product inquires
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to make accurate and appropriate product recommendations
- Create an amazing customer experience to build customer relationships and establish trust
- Clarify customer information/specific needs based on preliminary quizzes to ensure that you are providing the assistance that will be best geared towards the individual
- When applicable, upsell additional products and make recommendations to customers
- Provide timely and professional service
Previous work experience: Nike, footlocker, finish line, dicks sporting goods, REI, LL Bean, New Balance, Reebok, Adidas, Under armour, merrell, Chaco
Skills: Customer service, customer support, customer care, communication and people skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, retail sales, retail customer service, interpersonal skills, Sales
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with athletic footwear or interest in running/sports/hiking
Retail/sales experience in the industry
