Aston Carter is seeking individuals for a great opportunity within a large Mortgage company in the state of Florida. The Full-time Mortgage specialist is to interact with customers/clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services, take payments, discuss claim statuses and to de-escalate issues
through inbound calls. This is a perfect role for team-oriented customer service professionals from all backgrounds who are eager to work for a great company.
MUST be residing in Florida

• Must have completed high school or equivalent
• 6 months or more of successful customer service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply also and will be paid $17 an hour

• Training: 3 weeks fully on-site in Daytona Beach from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm M-F
• Shift: M-F available between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Hybrid/WFH Schedule will work 40 hours weekly, plus OT is also available.
