The Americas Channel
organization is aggressively recruiting a top performing experienced software
development professional to join the Channel Enablement Team. Partner
enablement and the support of Partner sales pursuits involving the Mendix
platform and applications are the core components of this position.
Primary responsibilities
include working with, and coaching Partners as they identify and engage in
Mendix opportunities in the field. This individual will play a key role in
helping to develop new business opportunities and will often take a lead role
in communicating and demonstrating the value of our products to prospect
executives and prospect evaluation teams.
Competencies

- Develop / Refine, Establish, Product Sales Enablementprograms

- Work with Channel Managers and Partners to implementstrategies and enable execution activities focused on meeting the PartnerAnnual Business Plan goals.
- Work with Channel Managers and Partners to successfullypursue, scope, and deploy Mendix software solutions.

- College degree in Computer Science, or relatedtechnical degree
- Must currently reside in the continental USA, near amajor airport
- Strong knowledge of the Mendix platform or a comparablelow code solution
- 5 to 7 years of software development experience
- Experience dealing with CI/CD tooling
- Experience with cloud architecture and deploymenttechniques
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical presalessupport
- Experience with the design and configuration ofdatabases
- Experience designing archiving techniques and retrievalmethods
- Ability to design web applications and configureapplication security for use across industrial and corporate sides ofbusiness
- Ability to develop reports and user interfaces to allowfor quick and easy retrieval of information
- Ability to spot market opportunities and delivergo-to-market strategies / programs needed to win them
- Value-based sales skills
- Training/mentoring skills are preferred
- Proven ability to implement or define complex softwaresolutions
- Technical Sales, project management and/or software/processconsulting experience
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple accounts and/orprojects
- Strong consultative or process background and abilityto lead people in discussions to uncover needs and prioritize requirements
- Strong technical background and understanding of howsoftware solutions address customer business objectives
