Remote Client Services Support/Analyst

Prestige Staffing is hiring for a Remote Client Services Support/Analyst position for a third party hospital vendor. Previous experience with medical billing, and presenting data to clients is a plus.

Schedule/Location:Full time, remote, during normal business hours Monday - Friday on eastern time zone. Equipment will be supplied by the company and selected employees need to have high speed internet and a dedicated, quiet work space at home.

Pay: (Based on experience)Client offers full paid benefits for all dependents and salary plus annual bonus.

Description:

The Client Services Support/Analyst position is responsible for documentation and research of specific clients. This individual will take detailed notes of client interactions and be accountable to follow up and ensure completion of action items on a timely basis. The position requires an ability to be very organized and work with numbers using excel.

• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
• COVID vaccine
• Professional and articulate presentation skills to communicateinformation to the client and Manager
• Able to pass a credit, criminal and drug test
• 5+ years of recent work in medical revenue cycle
• Prefer vendor experience working with hospital or large physician clients
• Able to problem solve and work with clients to their satisfaction
• Very detailed and organized

• Detailed note taking of regular scheduled client calls.
• Research of client healthcare data to understand and improve file processing metrics
• Will work with the client to answer any questions and maximize the solution they purchased
• Complete timely all research tasks for the client
• Monitor and maintain the file process of the client
• Ability to follow specific instructions from the client and manager
