Automation Controls Engineer
As an Automation Controls Engineer, you will own and manage small-to-large projects from design to customer hand-off, challenging yourself with a variety of automation tasks using your analytical and critical thinking skills. Ideal candidates have strong programming and electrical design skills. They are also able to work independently or as part of a team while interacting with clients to meet deadlines.

Tasks:
- Create and improve automated systems and processes
- Design, program, and commission small-to-large systems
- Troubleshoot and repair existing electrical systems and programs
- Research and implement new machinery and controls
- Create and maintain electrical schematics with AutoCAD Electrical
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
- Mentor and guide team members
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical Design or associated field
- 2+ years of work experience in automation engineering
- Proficient with programming PLCs, HMIs, & electrical design theory
- Willing to travel (25%, domestic and international)
- Familiar with industrial automation, machine wiring, and AutoCAD Electrical or other related software
- Experience in data tracking
- Experience in safety circuit design
- Experience with machine vision and robotics
- Experience in power calculations and component sizing

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
