- Prepares, sorts, copies, and files invoices, correspondence, and other requested items.
- Audits invoices against purchase orders.
- Posts invoices into accounting system for payment.
- Balances monthly statements.
- Assists in monthly and annual closing.
- Provides daily payment information and totals.
- Assists with related special projects, as required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
