Responsibilities:- Prepare, scan, file, and finalize deals for Finance Managers in General RVs CAMP software.
- Review titles for accuracy and completeness. Process and verify out-of-state liens and titling
- Submit lien payoffs to the corporate office to be processed.
- Calculate sales tax and data entry
- Complete funding packets and send to lenders.
- Track funding to ensure it is received from lenders in a timely manner.
- Post deals and update commissions.
- High volume dealership experience preferred (2-5 years proven results in a similar role).
- Titling experience a must
- Background in accounting, banking, or finance a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Extremely detail-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
