Looking for SALES MANAGER to join our Solar Sales Team! this role will oversee the entire sales team for North & South Carolina. Starting salaray and override.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a leadership role
- Train and coach new sales consultant
- Previous door to door experience
- Proven Experience succeeding in the solar industry
- Experience leading a team of sales representatives
- Manage the sales appointment calendar and assignment of appointments to available representatives
Skills * Strong experience in sales support and or a sales oriented environment
- Knowledge of performance evaluation, customer service metrics and reporting procedures
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong critical thinking and strategic problem solving skills
- Comfortability working in a startup environment and ability to multitask and be adaptable
- Bilingual a strong plus

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

Willingness to travel:
