Five Below Summer Internship Program is ON! Our limited open positions for Summer 2021 focus on company strategic initiatives, in the exciting environment of value driven, fun-focused retail. We are seeking energetic, responsible go-getters with innovative ideas, ready to actively participate in company initiatives. We LOVE our interns! Understand that some roles may require on sight participation due to the nature of the role. We genuinely aim to offer a safe, immersive, valuable internship experience within the coolest brand on earth! The HR Intern will assist with development of a branded platform (site) for HR project and process management, as well as, data reporting. The intern will partner with Training & Development to create step by step guides and materials to distribute through the HR organization. A strong technology skillset will be required. Internship Details: 10 weeks: June 6th – August 12th Full time – 40 hours/wk Paid – $15/hr Greater Philadelphia location – on site/office requirements vary by internship position, but should be generally considered hybrid Hands on, results driven projects. No coffee fetching here! Minimum 3.0 GPA Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Products & remote meeting software Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively Nice to have: A passion & knowledge of our brand!
