Manufacturing Engineer Holland, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a recognized leader in the cleaning industry that is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Holland, Michigan. In this role, everyday can look different but includes leading and coaching the team, prioritizing hot issues from the previous days quality data, driving productivity, process improvements, and maintenance support.

What you will get to do:
- Coaching and leading the team of Manufacturing Engineers, Mold Operators an Maintenance
- Daily meeting to review quality data from the previous day and delineate any hot issues that need to be addressed
- Participate in various projects including work instruction improvements, process improvements, fixing tools, supporting overall quality/operations team, line support and new equipment
- Support maintenance with machine knowledge when issues arise and help discover root fault
- Get hands on, on the floor addressing issues and collaborating with the team
- Source new tools or supplies that may be needed to improve processes
What will make you successful:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing experience specifically in rotational mold and plastics
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with the team
- Self-motivated and driven approach to work
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
