Our client, a local privately owned management company, is seeking an outstanding LEASING AGENT to join their team in SE WICHITA. This is a temporary position, while the manager is on FMLA. Start is 4/18/22.
This position requires the Leasing Agent to drive to different locations to show houses and apartments.
Must have reliable transportation!
Experience in showing units, leasing experience.
A minimum of 1-3 years of leasing experience is required.
Resman knowledge is highly preferred.
Oustanding computer skills required.
Customer Service experience is required.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Bubbly and outgoing personality.
Assist with paperwork.
Lease documentation. Documentation preparation, budgeting.
Showing of units.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wichita, KS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
