Youll be placed on one of three workgroups (Professional Services, Implementation Services, or Customer Success) and learn the ins and outs of that function, while still getting exposure to the CS team as a whole.

This full-time, paid internship will take place in Summer 2022 and last 8-12 weeks based on school schedules.How youll spend your time:+ Becoming a power user of our Risk Cloud platform to understand basic and advanced functionalities + Assisting team members with digesting customer requirements and translating them directly to the platform+ Listening intently to customer pain points and connecting their needs to Risk Cloud product features, with a heavy focus on value creation+ Assisting your team in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and becoming a trusted advisor throughout their GRC journey+ Collaborating cross-functionally with other LogicGate teams throughout the customer journey including Relationship Management, Product, and Development to support the overall customer experience+ Providing recommendations for how our team can streamline internal processes and gain efficiencies We get excited about you if you are:+ Working towards a Bachelor's degree with a planned graduation of Winter 2022 or Spring 2023 and have completed 2+ years of relevant coursework.
